The hospital with its premises was a outright pur chase y shareholders. The Park hospital was formerly known as St. Lukes Nursing home and Neptune Hospi tal.

Guided by the motto "Committed to Safeguard Your Health" a newly refurbished Park Hospital situated in the hub of the hospital complex in Narahenpita, Colombo-5 launched its new facilities on May 14th, 2010 to provide quality and affordable medical services.
